how our support works
- Our prices are aimed to be fair market rates within Whanganui-a-Tara, and we aim to provide a very special space, yet, because of our focus on impact over profit, and the flexible mixed use of our space, we’re able to use these rates to provide accessible space to others. Think of it like a buy-one, give-one social enterprise.

We have the following criteria for organisations and individuals in order to get our 50% Impact Discount.
- Charity / B-Corp / Not for profit under $200k annual revenue
- Certified carbon zero or carbon positive under $200k annual revenue
- Community-based volunteer organisation
- Tangata whenua or indigenous-owned organisation
- The support is focused on small organisations, businesses and individuals who are working towards a more socially just and sustainable world.
- In 2022 our community was able to pass on $43,145 worth of discounted space, enabling so much to happen for so many people!
